What we store

When you create an account we store your email address and the trips you build: bookings, notes, cost figures, and any files you upload (tickets, vouchers, hotel confirmations). Files are held in private storage and are only accessible to you and to anyone you explicitly share a trip link with.

Share links

A share link exposes a read-only itinerary for one trip to anyone who has the link. Cost figures are hidden on shared itineraries unless you turn them on. You can revoke a link at any time.

Marketing emails

At sign-up you can opt in to occasional product updates and travel-planning tips. It's off by default. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. We only email opt-in addresses, and we don't share the list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. Staff don't browse your trip contents or files as a matter of course. We don't post anything on your behalf.

Deleting your data

Deleting a trip removes its bookings and files. Contact how@shecurates.de to delete your whole account.
